This was the very first pelvic exerciser that I have used. The only problem that I had with it was the fact that it was to big for me, but then again I am actually a very "small" women. I found the Berman Center Isis very useful and surprisingly very easy to use. I just love the little bag it came with. The delivery service was also very fast.

The Berman Center Isis is the most comfortable exerciser that I have ever used. It is so easy and simple and can be used almost anywhere. I just love the fact that I has a drawstring pouch that makes it so easy and oblivious to transport. I love this product and makes my exercises a lot more fun and enjoyable.
